How we handle your data.

Who we are

This website and FOR3's services are provided by STUDIO FOR3, a sole proprietorship (Dutch Chamber of Commerce 86473794, VAT NL004270618B82). For privacy questions, email info@for3.nl.

When you visit the website

FOR3 does not set cookies. We do not load fonts or scripts from advertising networks. The website is hosted by Vercel, which processes technical data such as your IP address to serve the pages.

Statistics: only with your consent

If you consent to statistics, we measure how the website is used with our own software. That shows us which pages and channels work. Without consent, we measure nothing.

Your choice and, after consent, a random visitor and session number are kept in your own browser (local storage). We keep raw measurement data for 90 days.

• What we measure: pages visited (without search terms or personal data from the link), the website you came from (domain only), campaign labels from the link (UTM), the type of device, and clicks on buttons and use of the contact form.
• What we don't measure: your name, email address or IP address in the statistics. We only use your IP address encrypted and briefly to limit abuse.
• Ad measurement (separate choice): we then also keep the click ID from an ad link, so we can see which ad led to a request. There are no third-party advertising scripts on this website.

Changing your choice

Use 'Privacy choice' at the bottom of every page to change or withdraw your consent. Withdrawal applies immediately; numbers stored in your browser are deleted.

When you fill in the contact form

We store your request in our own system, FOR3 OS, so we can reply and prepare an intro call. You receive a confirmation by email. We do not use your details for newsletters or marketing emails.

• Data: name, company, email address, interest, your message, your company's stage (optional), the time of your agreement, the page of the form and campaign labels from the link.
• If you consented to statistics, we link your request to your visit (visitor number), so we can see which route requests come through.
• Retention: if your request does not lead to a collaboration, we delete your personal data no later than 24 months after the last contact. If it does, the retention periods of our agreement apply.

Who processes your data

We work with these service providers:

• Vercel: hosting the website and processing the form.
• Supabase: FOR3 OS database, stored in the EU (Frankfurt).
• Resend: sending transactional emails such as the confirmation.
• Google Workspace: our email address info@for3.nl.

FOR3 clients

If you use FOR3 OS as an employee of a client, we process account data to give access and support the collaboration. We agree on this with your employer.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, delete or transfer your data, and you can object or ask us to restrict processing. Email info@for3.nl; we respond within one month. If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
