Stroomkern – home Load-data analysis

How it works & safety

Clear steps. Safety decided per site.

Facility managers, CFOs and operations each ask different questions. This page answers them in the order a project runs.

Process

  1. Load-data analysisOne year of 15-minute data, plans for new load, a first model.
  2. Site surveyLocation, cable route, switchboard, access and safety distances.
  3. ProposalSystem size, layout, safety plan, planning and financing route.
  4. InstallationFoundation, placement, connection, commissioning and EMS settings.
  5. OperationMonitoring, monthly reports, maintenance and adjusting limits.

Safety

Safety is not a feature we claim; it is a set of decisions we make with you for your site.

  • LFP cell chemistry, with cell-level monitoring of temperature and voltage.
  • Gas and smoke detection per enclosure, linked to your alarm system where possible.
  • Location chosen with distances to buildings, escape routes and traffic.
  • Plan shared with your insurer and the local fire service before installation.
  • Applicable national guidelines and permit requirements are checked per project.

Financing routes

Purchase

The system is your asset. Suits companies that prefer to own infrastructure on their site.

Lease

Spread the investment over a fixed term via a financing partner.

Service contract

A periodic fee for system, monitoring and maintenance.

Terms, prices and conditions are not part of this demonstration and depend on each project.

Frequently asked questions

Can storage replace a heavier grid connection?

Sometimes, for a period. Storage helps when your demand exceeds the limit for limited hours and there is enough spare capacity at other times to recharge. If you need more energy over the whole day, storage cannot solve it on its own.

What data do you need for an analysis?

Ideally one year of 15-minute values from your main meter, usually available from your metering company or grid operator portal as a CSV export. Plans for chargers, heat pumps or solar help us model the future situation.

Is a lithium battery safe next to our building?

Every installation gets a site-specific safety assessment: location, distances, detection, ventilation and access for emergency services. We use LFP cells and agree the plan with you, your insurer and the local fire service before installation.

How long does a project take?

It depends on the size, permits, delivery times and the grid operator. We give a planning in the proposal and do not promise dates before the site survey.

Can we lease instead of buy?

Purchase, lease and service contracts are possible routes. Terms depend on the project and the financing partner and are discussed in the proposal.

Does storage guarantee savings?

No. Storage changes when and how much you draw from the grid. Whether that saves money depends on your contract, tariffs, use and financing. We show these factors separately and do not promise a result.

Are subsidies or tax schemes available?

There may be schemes for energy storage or flexibility, but conditions change and depend on your situation. Always check them with the responsible authority or your adviser.
