Road and waterServices
We combine road and water legs into one plan. Each service can be booked on its own, but most projects need more than one.
Exceptional road transport
For machines, modules and structures that are too wide, long, high or heavy for a regular trailer. We select the trailer on deck height and axle load first, because those decide the route.
| Equipment | Low loaders, extendable semi low loaders, modular trailers, SPMTs, ballast tractors |
|---|---|
| Typical cargo | Presses, machine frames, tanks, columns, transformers |
| Included | Route check, permit application where needed, escort planning |
| You provide | Dimensions, weight, lifting points, site access |

Barge and inland shipping
On the water, axle loads stop being the limit. What matters is the bridges over the river, the locks and the quays. That makes a barge the natural choice for very heavy or very high cargo, as long as there is a suitable quay within reach of both ends.
| Equipment | Deck pontoons, Ro-Ro push barges, open-hold inland vessels |
|---|---|
| Loading | Lift-on by mobile or quay crane, or roll-on with SPMT |
| Constraints | Water levels, bridge air draught, lock dimensions, quay bearing capacity |
| Included | Quay selection, transhipment plan, stowage and sea-fastening plan |

Multimodal project cargo
One plan from factory floor to foundation: pre-carriage by road, transhipment, the barge leg, transhipment again, and on-carriage to site. Every handover point is planned in advance, including who lifts and who signs off.
Pre-carriage
Factory to the nearest suitable quay. Often short enough to avoid long permit routes.
Barge leg
Quay to quay over canals and rivers, with stowage and lashing engineered per piece.
On-carriage
Quay to site, timed to the installation window and the crane on site.

Engineering and permits
Permit authorities, road managers and your HSE department all want the same thing: proof that the move has been thought through. We prepare route surveys, swept path checks, axle load calculations and lift plans, and apply for the permits the route requires.
Permit rules differ by country and road manager. We tell you what is likely needed and why, and we never present an early classification as a permit decision.

Route survey
Desk study plus site visit of critical points: bridges, roundabouts, overhead lines.
Swept path check
Turning movements of the full combination at each tight point.
Permits and escort
Applications per road manager, with escort planning where required.
