At the start we agree what we do, in which order and which external costs come with it. Within that scope we set the priorities together every month; not every type of work happens every month. If more is needed, we make a proposal before anything happens. There is never an automatic extra invoice.
18 months. After that the agreement continues indefinitely and can be cancelled monthly, with one month's notice. A new fixed period never starts automatically. The monthly price stays €995 unless we legally agree otherwise.
Monthly: €995 excl. VAT. Over the 18-month initial term that is €17,910 excl. VAT. There is no annual prepayment and no annual discount.
The work we agree up front, within the agreed scope and capacity; not every type of work happens every month. GROWTH can include a website or the improvement of your existing one, with a pre-agreed scope, where it contributes. Not included: VAT, advertising budgets, external software, hosting and third-party production.
There is no fixed monthly fee. You pay a variable, pre-agreed fee per validated lead: an enquiry that meets the agreed criteria. Disputes are possible within the agreed period. Large kick-off projects, websites and other custom work are not automatically included.

No. We promise a team that pursues the agreed goals and shows transparently what happens. We keep measured and attributed results apart.

Yes, by agreement, by default on the first of the month. Any accumulated balance is kept, offset or refunded, as we agree together.
