Every RFQ gets a manufacturability review by an engineer: flat pattern, bend sequence, tolerances, finish and documents.
First batch
First article
On request: a dimensional report on marked features, coating thickness and colour check. The batch waits for your approval.

In-process checks
First-off and last-off checks per batch at the laser and press brake; angles checked with a digital protractor.
