Four steps to an indicative module count, floor area and lead-time range. Every figure is a demonstration based on the assumptions listed below – not a quote, design or certified calculation.
Assumptions used in this demonstration
- Module 3.0 × 12.0 m = 36 m² gross. A classroom uses 2 modules; a sanitary group half a module, one per four classrooms; staff room 1 module.
- Corridors and entrance: +15% of modules (rounded up). From two storeys, one stair-core module per storey.
- Lead time from go-ahead = preparation & permit (temporary 8–12 weeks, permanent 14–22 weeks) + production (depends on module count and energy level) + site works (2–4 weeks plus storeys). Permit procedures and production slots can change this considerably.
- Illustrative budget: gross floor area × an assumed demo rate per m² (purchase) or per m² per month (lease), per energy level. Excludes foundation, utilities, site preparation, permits, transport, furniture and VAT. Not a price and not an offer.
