The commercial question
School boards and municipalities need classrooms before the permanent answer is ready, but supplier websites cover every sector and give no sense of size, timing or lease versus purchase. Decision makers arrive with a deadline and several stakeholders, and leave with nothing to share internally.
Who it is for
Housing coordinators of school boards, municipal education-housing officers and facility managers in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany; the board or municipality decides, often through a tender.
Desktop and mobile
Design choices
- Corporate, architectural calm in the spirit of Deloitte and Capgemini: white surfaces, slate #1f2a33 and a single terracotta accent for actions
- Large photography carries the first impression: a full-width hero of a module being craned into place, with an overlapping text panel
- Plus Jakarta Sans throughout, sentence-case headings in medium weight, no monospace or uppercase labels
- Classic top navigation with one primary call to action; a full-screen mobile menu with Esc and focus management
- Consistent photo cards, a dark slate band, clean plan drawings and a SaaS-style configurator with a live estimate panel
