Guide
Why your website generates few enquiries.
Five checks you can do yourself in an hour.

1. Findability
Search for three questions clients ask before they know you, not for your company name. If you don't appear, your website doesn't exist for those clients. Check Search Console for queries that already earn impressions: that's your starting point.
2. Message
Ask someone who doesn't know your business to look at your homepage for five seconds. Can they say what you do, for whom, and why you? If not, every visitor spends time working out whether they're in the right place.
3. Proof
Count how many concrete projects you show, with what you did and for whom. Generic promises ('quality', 'service') don't persuade; verifiable work does.
4. Enquiry route
Request a quote on your own site, on your phone. Count the fields and steps. Do you know afterwards what happens and when? Every doubt costs enquiries.
5. Follow-up
Look at your last ten enquiries: who replied, how fast, and what happened to the ones that didn't fit? This is often where more revenue disappears than on the website itself.
