  • Rated cases/min = robot cycles per minute × cases per pick, on EUR pallets with a standard interlocked pattern.
  • A cell fits when your peak rate, case weight, line count, pattern count, floor space, product type and hygiene zone are all within its limits.
  • Among fitting cells, the smallest footprint is recommended. Pallet change, slip sheets and unstable cases can lower real rates.
