Service & lifecycle

A cell runs for many years. What happens before and after installation decides how well it runs. Here is what each phase includes in this concept.

  1. 01

    Line assessment

On-site measurement of rates, cases, patterns, floor and hygiene. Ends with a recommended cell and layout.

  2. 02

    Simulation & layout

Cycle-time check at peak rate, layout on your floor plan, pallet flow and forklift access.

  3. 03

    FAT

Factory acceptance test with your own cases and patterns before the cell ships.

  4. 04

    Install & SAT

Pre-assembled modules, installation in a planned stop, site acceptance test on the running line.

  5. 05

    Training

Operators: patterns, changeover, recovery. Maintenance: grippers, sensors, preventive tasks.

  6. 06

    Run & improve

Remote support, spare-parts kits, periodic check-ups and retrofits when formats change.

Retrofit

When the line changes

New formats, a faster filler or an extra line: a cell can usually be adapted with a new gripper, extra infeed or updated pattern library, assessed the same way as a new cell.
