What should a website maintenance plan include?
At minimum: hosting, updates, security monitoring and backups that are actually tested. Then decide how much time you want for changes, and what response time you need when something breaks.
Do you maintain websites you didn't build?
Sometimes. We assess the technology first. If managing it isn't responsible, we'll advise on what's needed.
Do I stay the owner of my website and domain?
Yes. The domain and content are yours; we put that in writing.
Is further development included?
Small changes as agreed. Further development and growth fall under the Growth Programme or a separate proposal.
What does it cost?
That depends on the factors above. You receive a proposal listing what is included before you commit.
